You don't have to be fit or strong to try rock climbing. If you can climb a ladder you can try climbing. Our main location offers a variety of climbing and varying difficulties. We will assess the groups ability and experience at the start and set up suitable climbs to suit the groups capability. People of all ages, shapes and sizes enjoy rock climbing.

Adventure sports have a risk associated with them. However we utilise skills and techniques that reduce these risks to an absolute minimum. Our instructors are highly trained and qualified to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

We advise you to wear outdoor clothing that you won’t mind getting grubby or even damaged. Dress appropriately to make sure you are warm and dry no matter what the weather. Sites are in open areas so expect high winds and rain. No open-toed or slip-off shoes, runners or ankle supporting boots are best. Long hair must be tied back, waists should be covered. Please note that during the summer months especially, insects are attracted to strong scented perfumes, aftershaves, lotions and hair products. Jewellery is not permitted if participating in activities. Staff will not hold or mind Jewellery for participants during events.

The great Irish weather likes to keep us on our toes and if the weather turns bad during an activity, making it unsafe to continue the activity, it will be cancelled at the instructor’s discretion. You will be able to reschedule the activity if this happens. Activities will only be cancelled in cases of bad weather that make the activity unsafe. Your safety and enjoyment is very important to us. If this happens you will be contacted and entitled to a refund or to reschedule the activity.

Other people may be booked in at the same time especially during busy periods. Groups are kept to a maximum of 8 with your own instructor. If you wish for the activity to be private please state at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. However, you must stay onsite with them. All participants under the age of 18 needs to be signed in by a parent or guardian). But it is so much more fun for them when their parents/guardians join in the fun too!

Yes, advanced booking is required at least 24 hours in advance. Use our booking form or call us on 0857200198. You will need to pay the full amount when booking but payment on the day can be arranged. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm your booking with directions and FAQ section.

Opening times vary depending on the season and daylight hours available. Open 7 days a week, all year round. Remember you must book in advance so we have an instructor available for you.

While we cater for small groups and individuals, most people will organise a good crew for their outdoor adventure. We have set deal prices within our group adventures. We do run frequent special offers, so please see our special offers page and sign up to our email newsletter for offers.

We mainly cater to small groups of up to 8 but can cater for larger groups upon request. We keep groups small to ensure we provide a great learning experience for the participants and keep it enjoyable and that there is maximum participation.
